The Office of Academic Development and International Relations is coordinating the university's international collaboration in close contact with the university leadership, faculties and departments. The office is responsible for the university's bilateral agreements and participation in networks and organizations. Another major responsibility is to develop internal university studying system and put innovative strategies for student performance.
Scholarship Counseling
Students with strong academic record will be advised and instructed to apply for the scholarship to study abroad universities in Europe and other asian countries. UME is one of the most popular university in Cambodia in leading a large number of its students to study in many outside countries around the world such Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, UK and USA.
