| BIOGRAPHY OF MR.PHEADKEY TUN |
| He was born on June 5th, 1970 in Prey Angkunh village, Prey Angkunh commune, Chantrea district, Svay Rieng province where is located in the eastern part of Cambodia. In the Khmer Rouge regime (1975-1979), he was mobilized and forced to labor heavily as a compost fertilizer collector alongside the Kro Vang Mountains Pursat Province. |
| In 1979 he fled away from the civil strike accompanied with his family to live in Banon district, Battambang province. And he was sent to attend Kanteour I Primary School in (1980-1983). |
| (1984-1989) he graduated Bac II at Net Yong High School, Battambang province. |
| (1989-1992) he entered at Military Medical School in Phnom Penh.(Teuk Thlar) |
| (1992-1997) he studied and graduated at Maharishi Vedic University in KamchayMea district, Prey Veng province. |
| (1998-present) he was a founder of Higher Education Center. Institute after he graduated his degree because he thought that his ability could provide and build up the human resources extended throughout of Battambang City. University of Management and Economics was established in that time according to the students’ demand. As a result today, he is a president of UME which consists of eight campuses in Cambodia. Under his effort and leading, University of Management and Economics grows and develops considerably a day to day and is recognized nationally and internationally according to committing to providing the students with quality of education. |
| Present he is a personal advisor of Akak Moha Ponhea Chakkrey Heng Sam Rin, Head of National Assembly of Cambodia. |
| He received a Doctor of Professional in Business Administration. |
